We will then lay the foundation of your service blueprint. What is your story, your reason for being? What are your standards? What commandments will you write in stone. What will be non negotiable?
Strategy & Tactic Creation
Using my proprietary Disnify documents, we will brainstorm and create your strategy and tactic system
Entire session will be recorded and transcribed
Use the session notes and video to communicate with your team, outline your new Disnified Strategy and begin implementing
