Local Marketing and Service Consultant Interviewed for Franchise Show

Easton, MD Disney Service & Marketing Coach Vance Morris, was recently interviewed by Australian Podcaster, Michael Pullman, host of the Franchisee Connect show. Pullman interviews the top-performing franchisees in the retail industry worldwide – The interview focused on how to Disnify any franchised business bringing world class service and marketing to increase client attraction, referrals, service and retention.

Morris discussed his reasons for joining a franchise as opposed to starting from scratch. “Starting a business is never easy. Going the franchise route might just be a great option for some entrepreneurs. I wanted a franchisor that had a strong product and good innovation of product. When matched up with my Disney Service Background and knowledge of Direct Response Marketing, my choice was going to be a profit powerhouse”.

Pullman was quoted  “You smashed this interview (Aussie for good job). You provided a ton of takeaways and wisdom that other franchisees can implement in their business”

Morris discussed the need for businesses to become very clear about their core deliverables and service. The systems that a franchisor delivers become the framework for your business. The individual franchisee needs to figure out how to exceed the service levels in order to have a profitable business.  Morris also spent time discussing the need for businesses to create an experience out of the mundane and ordinary. What do you in your business that is a necessity (answer the phone, greet patients) that you can turn into an experience?
