- Increase the number of clients or guests
- Increase the number of times your existing clients/guests buy in a given period.
- Increase the amount of each transaction that your existing clients make when they buy.
Now there is also a fourth way to increase PROFITS, but not sales. That is to cut costs. Tragically, small business owners use cost cutting more often than the other three. Cost cutting leads to the destruction (or the “dark side” for you Star Wars fans) of the company. If you or the business owner cannot find ANY way to implement 1, 2, or 3, you need desperate help.
